It was summer and it is very hot so we decided to go in Ilocos Norte-Apayao.

We ride a motor vehicle to reach the newly-opened highway the two provinces

where a view deck at hte top have surrounding areas with rich flora and fauna, amid a sea of clouds.

As the main attraction leads to the majestic Mount Kilang in the neighboring province of Apayao..

We saw perfectly shaped landscapes, fogs in beautiful shapes, pine trees, waterfalls and we took a lot of photos and videos
